Horlicks Burfi! Yes You read it right! 🙂 This Burfi is a melt in the mouth burfi made with besan/chickpea flour as the base along with Horlicks. See tips section if you are not a fan of Horlicks. I had a pack of Horlicks lying in my pantry since a long time. Made good use of it here. All of us loved it. This is a simple sweet which even beginners can try. Do check out the quick video.
