Rasam is always a breeze to make. This Tomato Rasam is no exception to it. The quickest and the most favourite lunch menu for us would be rasam and potato fry. I normally do not store rasam powder as we prefer to have rasam with freshly ground powder. The freshly ground powder does add magic to the rasam. I just make sure to have some minor changes in my rasam powder every time I make it. This Tomato Rasam is also an easy, flavourful and quick rasam.
