Shahi Paneer is an exotic side dish made with paneer in a thick, creamy and spicy gravy. This goes well with roti, naan or any pulao varieties. Its very popular and can be found in almost any restaurant’s menu. There are some variations in this recipe. I have used a tomato based gravy as per our family’s taste buds.
