I have been craving for some kulfi since a long time. As mangoes are in season made this Mango Kulfi. This is a short cut version of the traditional method with condensed milk and cream. Saw this recipe in milkmaid website and tweaked it a bit to arrive at this recipe. Trust me this is so easy and can be made in a few mins. But the boring part is to wait for it to freeze/set. Rosemilk brings back a lot of childhood memories. We used to make Rosemilk with Roohafza syrup. Am not sure if that is still available in the market. As a child, I thought that was Homemade Rosemilk. Trust me, making Rose Syrup at home is not a big deal. Moreover it does not contain any preservatives, making it a much better option than the store bought ones. I made Rosemilk Popsicles earlier. U can make this Rosemilk and pour it in popsicle moulds and enjoy too. If u ask me, I would not be patient enough to let it freeze and would simply slurp it with a straw 🙂

The year 2016 is coming to a close end!! Its been such a wonderful year for My Magic Pan. I just cant believe myself, that how I am going crazy making ice creams these days. Mango is in season and its summer!! So is it not the best time for a Mango Ice Cream? This Mango Ice Cream is the most simplest, I would say.  Does not require any special kitchen gadgets as such. Just whip all the ingredients in a blender and freeze!!
