As the name suggests this is an easy recipe of White Chocolate Brownies.. Is there any hard & fast rule that a brownie should be brown in colour?? This is a great change to the normal dark chocolate brownies. If u are a fan of  brownies, u will definitely love these white chocolate brownies. They are light, moist & absolutely delicious.

I adapted this recipe from laurainthekitchen.com and made a few changes to suit our taste buds. Treat your family & friends with these tasty goodies on any special occasion.

Now to the recipe…

Tips:

  1. I would highly recommend a square baking tray for baking these White Chocolate Brownies to get perfect squares.
  2. Do not over mix the batter (just mix to combine) to get a soft texture.
  3. Cool completely before cutting it into squares. Store in an air tight container.
