Sweet Kuzhi Paniyaram is a popular South Indian snack. I have already posted a savoury version of Kuzhi Paniyaram earlier.This is an instant sweet version that is perfect to be made for Karthigai Deepam which falls on 5th Dec – this friday. I usually make Nei Appam, which is an instant version too.This Sweet Kuzhi Paniyaram is crisp outside and extremely soft inside. Sweet Appam / Instant Nei Appam

Sweet Appam or Instant Nei Appam is a very easy to make sweet during festival seasons. Perfect for Navaratri or Karthigai. Above all this version does not require any soaking or grinding. You can make it with the usually available ingredients from your kitchen. U just need to mix some ingredients, and shallow fry it in a paniyaram pan. How cool is that?!? Likewise do try my Rava Sweet Paniyaram as well. While there are many methods of making sweet appam this is with whole wheat flour. Guilt free right ?
