Sandwich Chutney – Green Sandwich Chutney

March 27, 2018 Chutney Recipes  No comments

Green Sandwich Chutney is a simple chutney that comes handy while making sandwiches. I totally love the fresh flavour of coriander and mint leaves. This can be made previously and stored in the fridge. It stays fresh for 4-5 days only though. All u need are a few ingredients, whip it smooth with little water and Tadaa! Sandwich Chutney ready! U can smear it on bread and make “n” number of sandwich varieties. 🙂 I recently made Paneer Sandwich with this chutney.

Here is the recipe..

Tips:

  1. Adjust green chillies according to your taste buds.
  2. Do not add more water to the chutney, as it will make the bread soggy and taste bland.
  3. This chutney stays good for 4-5 days in the refrigerator.
