Rosemilk Popsicle – Rose Popsicle

March 30, 2017 Ice CreamsSummer Special  8 comments

Rosemilk is a childhood favourite flavour. I recently made Rosemilk with homemade rosemilk syrup. Recipe coming soon HERE. I wanted to make it as a popsicle but did not want to use the syrup. So made this easy peasy Rosemilk Popsicle which was a super hit at home. U need very simple ingredients to make this. Its a very easy, no cook popsicle recipe. All u need to do is whip up a few ingredients, pour it in popsicle moulds and freeze. Tadaaaaa! Refreshing cool popsicles will be ready. I agree with you, the waiting time to let it freeze is really boring. But it’s worth the wait! So try it out. 🙂

Now to the recipe…

Tips:

  1. Adjust sugar according to your taste buds. It should be slightly more sweeter before freezing, only then it will taste right when frozen.
  2. Using fresh cream is totally optional, it gives a nice creamy texture though.
  3. Do not worry if u dont have a popsicle mould. Use disposable cups, cover them with kitchen foil and pierce in some popsicle/icecream sticks to make it. U can cut the paper cups once frozen and remove the popsicles too.
  4. If u have rosemilk syrup, just mix it with milk and freeze to make the popsicles.
