August 19, 2015 Pakoda RecipesSnacks / Starters  11 comments

Pakoda is an addictive snack, especially on a rainy day it is divine to munch with a hot cup of coffee. This Ragi Pakoda is a healthier version made with ragi flour/finger millet flour. I already have a few pakoda recipes posted earlier. This Ragi Pakoda was a super hit like the other pakodas as well. Chotu did not like the look of it, but after tasting he just loved it. So if u are like him, do not underestimate this pakoda by its looks!!

Now to the recipe..

Tips:

  1. Green chillies and curry leaves give a unique flavour and taste. So do not skip it.
  2. Adjust green chillies according to the spiciness u need.
  3. After mixing all the ingredients, make the pakoda immediately. Else the onions will ooze out water and make the mixture watery.
