Peanut Chutney

May 2, 2014 Chutney RecipesSide Dish for Idli/Dosa  10 comments

Peanut chutney is an easy, tasty & healthy chutney that’s goes well with soft idlis or dosa. Apart from roasting & peeling the peanuts there is not much work involved in this recipe.

To be honest – I hate peanuts, but somehow love this nutty flavourful chutney. So if u are like me, try this peanut chutney. It’s surely a winner recipe..

Now to the recipe..

Yummy, flavourful peanut chutney is ready.

Tips:

  1. Its better to remove the peanuts skin. It might turn out bitter otherwise. U can skip this step if using roasted peanuts.
  2. U can add grated coconut and grind it.
  3. U can add one or two garlic pods too.
