Peanut Butter Fudge – No Bake Peanut Butter Fudge

Peanut Butter Fudge is a simple, no bake sweet treat for any occasion. If u love peanut butter this one is for u. It is the most easiest fudge with just 3 ingredients. I have already posted a No Bake Biscuit Cake earlier. This one is quite similar to it, U just have to heat a couple of ingredients, add sugar and refrigerate it. Tadaaa!! Peanut Butter Fudge will be ready!! Though it hardly takes 10 mins to make it, the boring part is to let it set in the fridge.

Now to the recipe..

Method:

  • Take the peanut butter and butter in a saucepan. Heat it over low-medium heat until it melts and blends well. Switch off the flame and add the icing sugar.

  • Mix well so that all the ingredients blend well. It will look like a soft mixture. Line and grease a square pan with kitchen foil. Transfer the mixture to it and smoothen it with a spatula.

  • Refrigerate it for 2-3 hours. Once it sets, leave it outside for a few mins. Take it from the square pan and cut it into squares.

Tips:

  1. U can melt the butters using double boiler method or in a microwave too.
  2. I have used crunchy peanut butter. U can use the smooth one if u want a smooth texture.
  3. I have used salted butter. If u r using unsalted butter add a pinch of salt while melting both the butters.
  4. U can reduce the amount of sugar if u prefer. It was just right as per the above measurements.
  5. If u are impatient like me, u can set the Peanut Butter Fudge in the freezer for an hour.
  6. Stays well upto a week when refrigerated.
