Happy new year to all of you! I know that I am very late, but its never late than never. Starting the new year with a favourite recipe – Paneer Paratha.  Paneer is an universal favourite, especially for vegetarians. This Paneer Paratha is an easy stuffed paratha variety which is perfect for a lunch box menu or for dinner. This is the most wanted in my son’s lunch box these days. It is easy to make as the stuffing does not need to be cooked. This Paneer Paratha can be served with a simple raita/pickle or any side dish of your choice. Do try my Lacha Paratha

Now to the recipe….

Serve hot.

Tips:

  1. Fresh homemade paneer is the best for this recipe. U can use store bought ones too. Ensure there is no water in the paneer. If the stuffing is watery, it will be difficult to roll & the stuffing will spill out.
  2. U can use chopped green chillies instead of chilli powder. Garam masala can be added too.
  3. U can drizzle some oil or ghee while cooking the paneer parathas.
