To ease that, here is a collection of Lunch Menu or Lunch Ideas for everyday cooking. Some menus might be quite ellaborate (made when I find time). Mostly it would be a simple menu & easy to follow. I thought I should have a one stop space to refer anytime and hence this post. 🙂

I will keep adding more menus as and when I share them on my website. See the pics below. Some of them would have individual clickable links below the pics and some would have a clickable pic. Just hover on the pic and click for the recipes.

  • Veg Pulao, Jeera Aloo
  • Tawa Toasted Paneer (tikka style – Recipe HERE)
Masoor Dal Soup – Pressure cook masoor dal with hing, turmeric. Temper with jeera, salt, chilli powder. Avocado Egg Salad – No fancy dressing. Just seasoned with salt, crushed pepper, paprika & 1/2 a lemon!

  • Veg Sandwich – Green chutney + sliced onion, tomato, cucumber, potato & cheese. Grilled in a toaster.
  • Zucchini Fry – 1 Sliced zucchini tossed in a tsp of olive oil in high flame for 5 Mins and finally seasoned with chilli/garlic flakes & salt!
Fruit Salad – 1/2 an apple, 1/2 a banana, a handful of grapes, sliced and topped with a drizzle of jaggery syrup!
I am a huge fan of jaggery syrup. I keep in handy always & even use it as a substitute for sugar in tea. Rich in iron, especially for us 💪
Millet Curd Rice – Used barnyard millet. Nothing fancy, just usual curd rice with crushed mor milagai added to it. So skipped the pickle..

  • Aglio Olio style Pasta, Carrot Salad – no fancy dressing. 1 Finely chopped carrot + 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp honey, salt, roasted cumin powder, dried mint.
