March 22, 2017 DrinksSummer Special  4 comments

It is getting warmer here and hotter in India. Am sure everybody is in the look out for something cold, be it a drink or ice cream. This Iced Lemon Tea is an easy-peasy refreshing drink with a hint of tea, mint & lemon flavour. Sounds refreshing right?!? This has been in my to-do list since a long time. Finally made as a start-up recipe for this summer. If u are a coffee lover, check my Cold Coffee recipe too!!

Now to the recipe..

Tips:

  1. Do not boil after adding the tea powder. Resting it for 5 mins will do. If u boil it, it will taste bitter.
  2. Add the lemon juice and lemon wedges just before serving. Else the Iced Lemon Tea will not look as clear as in the picture. It will look cloudy.
  3. U can use orange instead of lemon too.
  4. Adjust sugar according to your taste buds.
