Coconut Chutney is the most wanted chutney in any South Indian household for idli/dosa. This Ginger Coconut Chutney is a simple and flavourful one for idli/dosa. It can be made in just 10 mins. Ginger does the magic to this coconut chutney. Do check my other coconut chutney recipes here – Red Coconut Chutney, Coconut Mint Chutney, Coconut Chutney. I found this chutney the best pair for Pesarattu Dosai (recipe coming next).

Now to the recipe…

Tips:

  1. U can use red chillies instead of green chillies and make it as a red coconut chutney too.
  2. Adjust green chillies as per your taste preferences.
  3. Do not miss to add ginger. It gives a unique flavour to the chutney.
