Ellu Urundai – Sesame Ladoo

Ellu Urundai is the most simple and mandatory recipe that we make for Vinayaga Chathurthi. This can be made in a jiffy with just 2 ingredients. These are healthy and addictive too. Vinayaga Chathurthi falls on 29th of this month. Make these nutty flavoured Ellu Urundai / Sesame Ladoos as neivedhyam and serve Lord Ganesh.

Now to the recipe…

Tips:

  1. U can use white or black sesame seeds.
  2. Roast the sesame seeds in low-medium flame until the seeds pop.
  3. No oil or ghee is required. Oil leaving from the sesame seeds is enough to roll into balls.
