Chocolate Cheese Sandwich

Sandwiches are always a handy option for a quick fix breakfast or snack. This Chocolate Cheese Sandwich is an easy-peasy sandwich that kids would definitely love. Not only kids but also adults and chocolate lovers. Cheese and chocolate is a good combo. U just need a few simple ingredients and this Chocolate Cheese Sandwich can be made in a few minutes. So treat your kids with this simple yet delicious sandwich either for breakfast or an after school snack.

Now to the recipe…

[Preparation Time-5 mins : Cooking Time- 5 mins]

Ingredients :

• Bread Slice – 2
• Chocolate spread – 1 tbsp (see tips)
• Grated Cheese – 1 tbsp
• Butter – to grease

Method:

• Take 2 bread slices and spread the chocolate spread on both the slices. I just used plain milk chocolate spread. The bread that I used was so fresh that I found it difficult to spread it evenly. Never mind, it tasted just awesome. Sprinkle grated cheese over it. Cover it with the other slice.

• Pre-heat your toaster for a minute. Grease the surface of the toaster and the top slice of bread with some butter and grill it until the cheese melts and the Chocolate Cheese Sandwich is golden brown and crispy. Take it off the toaster and serve.

Tadaa!! Chocolate Cheese Sandwich is ready!!

Tips:

• I have used milk chocolate spread. U can use nutella too.
• U can use chocolate chips or grated chocolate too. It can be normal or dark chocolate as per your preference.
• I have used grated cheddar cheese. U can use any cheese. Using cheese slices is an easy option too.
• There is no fixed amount of cheese or chocolate spread to be used to make this Chocolate Cheese Sandwich. U can use as much or as little as u want.
