  • Gently mix the dry & wet ingredients so that they form a thick batter. Line a muffin tray with muffin liners. Scoop in the batter upto 3/4th level in each muffin liner and finally garnish with some grated cheese. Bake this for 18-20 mins or until it is golden brown on the top. Cool completely on a wire rack before storing in air tight containers.

Tips:

  1. I used cheddar cheese & parmesan cheese. U can skip parmesan cheese and use any cheese of your choice.
  2. U can use a combination of wheat flour & all purpose flour.
  3. If the muffin batter it too thick or dry, add a splash of milk to get the right consistency.
  4. Be careful while adding salt as both the cheeses have salt in it.
  5. U can add some finely chopped green chilies or chilli flakes for a more spicier version.
