Being a vegetarian, we do not have much options while eating out here. Cheese and Onion is the most, sometimes the only combo as far as any pastries, sandwiches or pies are concerned.. I got the idea of making this Cheese and Onion Paratha from that and it turned out awesome. Chotu just loved it, so am sure it would be a hit among kids. Its simple and quick to make too..

Now to the recipe..

Tips:

  1. Keep cheese in the refrigerator and make the stuffing just when u are ready to make the Cheese and Onion Paratha, else the stuffing will melt/spill out while cooking the parathas.
  2. Be careful while adding salt as cheese has salt in it.
  3. U can add garam masala in the stuffing too.
  4. Enjoy these Cheese and Onion Paratha while they are hot and cheesy.
