Rasam always gets a warm welcome at home! Any type of rasam and a simple stir fry is an all time comfort food. This time it is a simple and flavourful Watermelon Rasam. Yes it is, u heard it right! Its sweet, sour, tangy – all tastes in one rasam. Nobody at home could find out that it was made out of watermelon. Watermelon is the hero of this recipe.
