Is there anyone who says no to Potato Wedges?? I don’t think so… Potato Wedges is an universal favourite. Its easy to make and baking instead of frying is a guilt-free method to indulge in this delicious snack. It’s a great alternative to french fries.

Potato will always be in the weekly veggies shopping list. I always make sure that it tastes different every time I cook it. This Spicy Baby Potato Roast is yet another easy and yummy version of potato fry. Not much fancy ingredients or any sort of grinding is needed here. It can be made in less than 30 minutes flat. Goes well with rice, roti or even bread.
