Quinoa Biryani, Yes it is!! Quinoa has become a recent favourite. Have started to use it quite often in our diet due to its health benefits. My 1st trial was Quinoa Adai which I posted before and this is my next trial. This Quinoa Biryani turned out to be super yumm and a guilt-free option too. I would say Quinoa keeps us full for a longer time. Its an easy one pot dish. I am yet to try cooking quinoa in a pressure cooker. Once I do, shall update here. Managed to shoot a video as wanted to describe in detail as much as possible. 🙂

Rajma Masala is a favourite. I always end up making it, So wanted to try a Pulao with rajma. Here u go with Rajma Pulao. Its a power-packed one pot meal.
