Palak Pakoda/Spinach Fritters is a simple & quick pakoda made with fresh spinach leaves. I have used palak variety, U can use any spinach. It is a perfect evening snack, particularly for those fussy kids who refuse to eat spinach/greens. This is a quick fix recipe especially when u have unplanned guests as it can be prepared in a jiffy. I am a big fan of pasta & especially this Cheesy Tomato Pasta. There are many shapes of Pasta. I have tried many shapes and this Farfalle is my favourite. I usually make Tomato Pasta with homemade pasta sauce, but when not available I use tomato sauce and spice it up with seasoning just like I have done in the video. I should say this pasta tastes much better than the ones that we get in restaurants & pizza outlets. Especially here, it tastes totally bland. I had posted this recipe long back, now updated with new pics and video :)

Pakoda is always our family favourite. This Oats Pakoda adds an additional healthy twist to the normal pakodas, due to the hero of the recipe “Oats”. Though deep fried, it is actually ok to have such addictive snacks once in a while. Besides oats having a sticky nature, this Oats Pakoda will be crispy, light and airy. This is a perfect after school snack too.

Mozzarella Sticks – Homemade Cheese Sticks

Cheese is a favourite among kids and even adults. Chotu just loves the Mozzarella Sticks that we get in Domino’s. It is one of our family favourites, among the limited vegetarian options that we are left with.. I have always wanted to try to make these cheese sticks at home, but was a little skeptical to try as I felt the cheese would ooze out and would turn into a disaster. I saw this recipe in a cook book and was really convinced to try at home, since it was mentioned to freeze the mozzarella sticks before frying. It did come out well and was a super hit at home.
