Smoothies are always welcome at home. This Banana Smoothie recipes in 2 ways is a simple yet filling drink each. Perfect to kick start the mornings or after a workout. Here I have given options with Banana + Strawberry & Banana + Peaches. Do use the search feature and look out for more options with Banana if u like. These smoothies need just 5 mins to make. All u need to do is whip up some ingredients and serve. There are “n” number of variations that u can make it with. Do check out the quick video. 🙂 This is my favourite SMOOTHIE

[Preparation Time-10 mins ]

Banana Smoothies 2 Ways Ingredients:

Banana + Peach Smoothie:

  • Banana – 1
  • Peach – 2
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Maple syrup – 1 tbsp (see tips)
  • Cashews – 5

 

Banana + Strawberry Smoothie:

  • Banana – 1
  • Strawberry – 5
  • Milk -1 cup
  • Curd/Yogurt – 2 tbsp
  • Honey – 1 tbsp

Method:

Banana + Peach Smoothie:

  • Take chopped banana, de-seeded peaches, milk, cashews and maple syrup in a mixer. Grind until smooth and pour it in glasses.

 

Enjoy chilled!

Banana + Strawberry Smoothie:

  • Take chopped banana, strawberries, yogurt, milk & honey in a mixer. Grind until smooth.

Tips:

  1. U can use honey or maple syrup. Can skip it too.
  2. U can add sugar if u wish.
  3. Dates can be added as a healthy choice of sweetner.
  4. Use frozen bananas for a more creamier texture.
  5. Can use other berries too.
