Do check my Kollu Chutney too.

Vazhakkai Chips is an easy snack to make at home. I had been wanting to make Vazhakkai Chips since a long time. But this time, it was really good so immediately made a batch of chips and it really vanished in no time. Not much effort is needed in making this, u just need to peel, slice, fry and season the Vazhakki Chips with salt and chilli powder.
