Rasam is always a breeze to make. This Tomato Rasam is no exception to it. The quickest and the most favourite lunch menu for us would be rasam and potato fry. I normally do not store rasam powder as we prefer to have rasam with freshly ground powder. The freshly ground powder does add magic to the rasam. Making Parotta at home was a long time dream for me. This Lachha Paratha is a layered paratha made with whole wheat flour. We used to buy frozen parathas earlier. But after trying this Lachha Paratha, no more buying frozen ones. These are much healthier and easier to make too.. Goes well with any gravy side dish.

Pongal festival falls on the 15th of January this year. Am sure all of you will be busy with cleaning and shopping. I usually make Sakkarai Pongal for Pongal festival.
