Paruppu Thogayal is a traditional chutney recipe that goes very well with rice. Paruppu Thuvaiyal and vatha kuzhambu along with papad is a wonderful combo. It is a good alternative to the usual kuzhambu and poriyal combo. I make this quite often when we are bored with the normal menu or when I dont have any veggies left.. It is an easy and quick to make thogayal, perfect for those lazy days!!!
