Its very popular and can be found in almost any restaurant’s menu. There are some variations in this recipe. Idli Pakoda – Yes u read it right!! This recipe is about Idli Pakoda, made with left over idlis. Usually when I make idlis, atleast 4-5 idlis will be left over. Chow Chow is called Chayote in Engish. I normally make kootu with it. Chotu is not a big fan of kootu varieties, so I end up making this Chow Chow Chutney to sneak peak this veggie.
